Your Role We are hiring experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultants with 5-15 years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations, support, and enhancements. Key Skills:

- Absence Management
- Learning Cloud (OLC)

- Payroll (preferred)
- HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formula
- OTBI & BI Publisher Your Profile
- Gather and analyze business requirements
- Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules
- Prepare functional design documents and test scenarios
- Support integrations, data migration, UAT, and go-live activities
