Work-From-Home Customer Relationship Executive / Telecaller (Freshers) Location: Remote / Work From Home (India) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Fixed Base Salary + Performance-Based Monthly Incentives Job Overview Are you a confident communicator looking to kickstart your career right from your home? We are hiring Freshers for our Work-From-Home Real Estate Telecalling team. In this role, you will be trained to connect with property owners across the country. Your primary goal is to call homeowners, explain how our platform works, and help them list their properties for rent or sale on our website/app. No prior experience is needed —we provide complete online training! Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls daily to property owners using our internal database.
- Property Onboarding: Convince landlords and sellers to list their properties on our platform and assist them through the simple listing process.
- Data Collection: Gather accurate information about the property (e.g., location, configuration, expected rent/price) during the call.
- Database Management: Update call status, owner details, and follow-up dates accurately in our software system.
- Target Completion: Achieve daily call connectivity targets and successful listing milestones. Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: 12th Pass or Any Graduate. Fresh graduates (2024, 2025, and 2026 batches) are welcome to apply.
- Mandatory Home Infrastructure:
- A personal laptop or desktop (Windows 10 or above preferred).
- A high-speed, stable Wi-Fi or Broadband internet connection .
- A good quality headset with a microphone for clear calls.
- A quiet environment at home during working hours.
- Language Skills: Excellent verbal communication and fluency in Hindi/English or your local regional language ([e.g., Telugu/Tamil/Kannada]).
