This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Agentic Source Code based in Canada. Shape the future of AI-native software development by redefining how planning, source code, and intelligent agents work together. You’ll own product strategy for experiences that connect requirements and specifications directly to the code that brings them to life. The role focuses on creating seamless workflows between human intent, AI-generated code, review, testing, and delivery. You’ll collaborate with engineering, design, Product, and cross-functional teams to develop new human-in-the-loop and autonomous development experiences. A key challenge will be creating durable connections between specifications and evolving code throughout the software development lifecycle. You’ll use customer insights, product data, and market context to identify opportunities and balance rapid execution with long-term product direction. This is an ambitious, highly collaborative opportunity for a product leader with deep developer workflow knowledge who wants to help define the next generation of DevSecOps
