- Yard Laborer / Recycling Operations
- This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get into the recycling industry, learn the business from the ground up, and grow into equipment and operations roles over time.
- Perform general yard labor including sorting, cleanup, and material handling
- Assist with moving, staging, and organizing recyclable materials
- Support material flow throughout the yard and processing areas
- Help stack and stage finished materials for shipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Work alongside team members to support daily production needs
- Follow all safety procedures related to yard operations and equipment
- Assist operators and learn various aspects of recycling and processing over time Required Qualifications
- Willingness to perform physical, hands-on work outdoors
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions, safety rules, and procedures
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment
- Good awareness and attention to surroundings Preferred (Not Required)
- Prior labor, construction, warehouse, or yard experience
- Forklift experience or willingness to learn
- Interest in learning recycling operations and equipment Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Industrial recycling yard environment
- Exposure to outdoor weather, noise, dust, and moving equipment
- Standing, walking, climbing, and working on uneven surfaces
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation Compensation & Benefits
