Market Intelligence Analyst – Tenant Representation Location: Pittsburgh, PA Full-Time, In-Office We are seeking a highly motivated Market Intelligence Analyst to support one of Pittsburgh’s leading Tenant Representation teams. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive market research and data management systems that inform and strengthen business development strategies. The ideal candidate will develop deep expertise in the local office market while managing critical data related to tenants, properties, market activity, and strategic business opportunities. This position combines rigorous research with strategic problem-solving to strengthen the team’s approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will work closely with senior advisors, receive mentorship from industry leaders, and build a strong foundation for a career in commercial real estate through hands-on market exposure and analytical expertise. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain research databases and tracking systems to support business development initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze market activity to identify emerging opportunities and trends
  • Conduct research on companies, properties, and market conditions to support strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with individual team members to analyze pipelines and support opportunity identification
  • Provide timely responses to information requests regarding market conditions and specific opportunities
  • Design and implement improved methodologies for organizing, analyzing, and presenting market intelligence
  • Support research needs across multiple markets as required for client and business development purposes
  • Participate in team meetings to contribute insights and strategic recommendations
  • Maintain accurate records and continuously enhance the quality and utility of information systems
  • Identify process improvements and leverage technology to increase team efficiency and effectiveness Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to work with diverse data sources
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage complex information with accuracy
  • Self-motivated with genuine enthusiasm for contributing to team success
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and demonstrates intellectual curiosity
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Eager to develop expertise in commercial real estate markets and industry practices
  • Professional demeanor and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
  • Commitment to full-time, in-office presence (not a remote position) This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
