TOGETHER!! Western Massachusetts Electric Company has a position available in the Substation Construction Department for an Electrician. In order to be considered for this opening, candidates must have a high school diploma, or equivalent should hold a valid Massachusetts Journeyman's Electrician license (or the equivalent) and have a valid driver's license and CDL along with Hazmat endorsement (or the ability to obtain both). Must be available to perform overtime and emergency work as required and pass the CAST Test. This position will be designated shift work with the possibility of Saturday as a workday and a four, ten-hour workweek may be scheduled. The ability to work in inclement weather and be willing to work outside of your assigned district is required. Individuals may be required to job-site report. The salary range for this position starts at $34.15 and progresses in accordance with the union contract. Check out the career site for an overview of benefits.
