Job Description The Adviser Marketing team leads how we position, communicate and engage with UK financial advisers across our advised platform offering, campaigns, events and sales activation. The team partners across the Adviser business to support growth, client engagement, brand strength and measurable commercial outcomes. It combines deep industry expertise with modern business-to-business marketing capability, with a collaborative culture focused on insight, experimentation and quality. By making our communications more relevant and useful, the team helps enable our clients to be better investors. About the Role: As Senior Campaign Manager, ABM, you will shape and deliver a modern account-based marketing programme for strategic firms, key buying groups and high-value growth opportunities in the UK. Working closely with Strategic Accounts, Sales, Product Marketing, Content, Events and Marketing Operations, you will create 1:1 and 1:few programmes that use account insight, buying committee mapping, personalised content and coordinated sales activation. This is a senior manager-level role for someone who can move beyond activity delivery to build detailed account plans, identify opportunities and influence go-to-market priorities. You will have the scope to define what great account-based marketing looks like in the UK platform market and connect marketing investment to pipeline progression and commercial outcomes. Aberdeen’s blended working approach will support collaboration, flexibility and your continued development as you invest in your tomorrow. Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the annual roadmap and end-to-end delivery of account-based marketing programmes for strategic target accounts and priority growth opportunities.
  • Develop 1:1 and 1:few campaigns using account insight, stakeholder and buying committee mapping, personalisation and coordinated sales engagement.
  • Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, Events and Marketing Operations to design targeted account journeys and activation plans.
  • Lead execution across content, email, events, paid media, direct outreach and sales enablement, ensuring a coherent experience for each account.
  • Measure account engagement, buying committee penetration, pipeline progression and commercial impact, then use the findings to optimise investment.
  • Champion ABM best practice and embed data-driven targeting, personalisation and strong sales alignment across platform marketing. About the Candidate:
  • Deep understanding of consolidators, networks or private equity businesses in the UK advice market.
  • Strong experience in account-based marketing, strategic account marketing, demand generation or business-to-business growth marketing.
  • Experience developing personalised campaigns for specific accounts, segments or buying groups.
  • A strong commercial mindset and a clear understanding of how marketing supports account growth, opportunity creation and revenue outcomes.
  • The ability to align closely with Sales teams around account priorities and commercial objectives.
  • Strong analytical capability, using account insight, engagement data and performance measures to improve effectiveness, alongside a drive to create differentiated, compelling work.
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, software as a service or another complex business-to-business environment.
  • Knowledge of financial promotions governance and regulated marketing requirements.
  • Experience with ABM platforms, customer relationship management systems, marketing automation or intent data solutions.
  • Experience supporting strategic account programmes, enterprise sales teams or relationship-led go-to-market models.
  • Experience using artificial intelligence, automation or modern marketing technology to improve account intelligence, personalisation or reporting.
  • Experience with buying committee frameworks, stakeholder mapping or enterprise purchasing journeys. We are proud to be a Disability Confident Committed employer.
