Position Title Design Coordinator Location Kurla, Mumbai Reporting To Design Head / Project Manager Job Summary The Design Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating drawings, design submissions, consultant interactions, and interdisciplinary coordination to ensure smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, BIM , and interior design drawings.
- Track drawing submissions, approvals, revisions, and documentation in
Acc Cloud Platform.
- Assist in resolving design and site coordination issues raised through RFI
- Conduct coordination MEETING with consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Review drawings for completeness and constructability.
- Maintain drawing registers and document control systems.
- Support BIM coordination and clash detection activities.
- Ensure approved drawings are issued to site teams on time.
- Participate in coordination and progress meetings. Required Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline. Experience
- 10+ years of experience in construction/interior contracting projects, design and build project experience
- Experience in coordination of multidisciplinary drawings preferred. Technical Skills
- AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, MS Office.
- Understanding of construction drawings and site execution.
- Knowledge of documentation and coordination procedures. Key Competencies
