Growth Opportunities Available Are you a customer-focused, driven individual looking for a new career journey? Join our Business Development Center and help clients ensure an exceptional service experience! We only promote from within, so the sky is the limit! What You’ll Do: Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with service inquiries. Follow up on leads and schedule service visits. Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty. Maintain and update customer information in our CRM system. Collaborate with service and marketing teams to meet client needs. What We’re Looking For: A friendly and professional communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls and working with a team. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus (automotive experience is a bonus but not required). Bilingual in English and Spanish is a bonus!
