Position Title: Packing Operator Location: Mangere Bridge, Mahunga Team: Production/Packing Line Date Prepared: September 2026 Reporting Relationships Reports to Shift Manager/Team Leader Internal Relationships Production/Packing Team, Warehouse Team, QA Team, NPD Position Purpose The purpose of this role is to support safe, efficient, and high-quality packing operations to achieve shift Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People targets. This role is responsible for executing standard work, minimising downtime and waste, maintaining GMP standards, and supporting achievement of shift production and packing performance. This role is designed as a versatile operational role primarily based in the Packing area, with flexibility to work across other Production areas as directed by the Team Leader or Shift Manager. Tasks include, but are not limited to: · Packing line setup and operation · Accurate production and packing record keeping · Cleaning packing areas and equipment · Following GMP and food safety requirements · Minimizing waste and downtime · Supporting packing uptime and shift targets · Performing line checks and quality inspections · Escalating issues and abnormalities quickly
