Description Residential Service Electrician Sign on Bonus $1200-$2500 At Hoover, we're more than a home services company—we're a community. - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systems with precision and efficiency
- Educate homeowners on technical findings, recommended solutions, and associated costs
- Perform comprehensive whole-home electrical safety inspections (60–90 minutes per visit)
- Identify and recommend upgrades or preventative improvements, including panel upgrades, wiring replacement, surge protection, GFCI protection, and other safety enhancements
- Prepare accurate estimates, invoices, and job documentation using ServiceTitan
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build trust with homeowners through clear communication and professional recommendations
- Participate in ongoing technical and customer service training Performance Expectations
- Complete 3–4 service calls per day
- Maintain a 70%+ conversion rate on recommended repairs and upgrades
- Conduct thorough whole-home safety inspections on every visit
- Contribute to membership plan growth and customer retention
- Maintain low callback rates through quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Deliver consistent 5-star customer experiences

- Accountable, dependable, and committed to delivering exceptional workmanship Requirements
- State-issued Apprentice or Journeyman Card
- 3+ years of experience in Electrical Work
- 1-2 years of residential electrical service experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience using Service Titan or other service management software preferred
