A Sample of What You’ll Do in t his Role:

• Receive and ship inventory items .
• Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring no product leaves or enters the warehouse without the necessary paperwork .
• Meet and complete all regulatory safety requirements .
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness .
• U tilize scales and measure s to accurately fill containers .
• Pull c ustomer orders correctly for on time delivery .
• Respond to inquiries in a timely and accurate manner . What You Bring to t he Role:
• 1+ years of experience and at least 18 years old
• Class

A Cdl

preferred or willingness to get one

• Always maintain a professional appearance while interacting with customer s
• Ensure overall facility cleanliness
• Willingness to operate material handling equipment including forklift, order picker, pallet jack, and other equipment (f orklift training will be offered on the job)
• A bility to repetitively bend and lift boxes and bags up to 5 0 pounds
• Willingness and desire to work overtime hours during busy seasons
• High s chool d iploma or e quivalent Your Digital & Technology Capabilities:
• Basic proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory tracking systems
• Experience using handheld scanners, mobile devices, or RF equipment for inventory and order picking
• Ability to accurately enter and maintain data in digital systems and follow electronic documentation processes
• Comfort using digital communication tools such as Microsoft Teams or similar platforms
• Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies , including AI-powered tools (e.g., Copilot) to improve efficiency What Makes You a Great Fit:

• You have a valid commercial driver’s license (preferred), or willing to obtain one Compensation and Benefits:
• The base compensation for this position ranges from $17.16 to $22.87 per hour. Please note that wages may vary depending on skills and experience.
