Global Supplier Quality Internship – 6 months - Pernod Ricard – The Island, Paris – Starting March/April 2027

Would you like to work on real industrial challenges while gaining exposure to an international, multicultural environment? Join Pernod Ricard’s Global Supplier Quality team and contribute to the development and deployment of quality standards used across our 100 production sites worldwide. Working at the crossroads of Quality, Packaging R&D, Procurement, Manufacturing and Supply Chain, you will contribute to technical projects involving bottles, closures, labels, cartons and other packaging components. Your key projects 1. Develop global technical standards for packaging components Today, technical requirements can vary across countries and production sites. Your objective will be to help harmonize these standards in order to improve industrial robustness and supplier quality performance. You will:

• analyze and compare specifications currently used across different regions.
• identify critical quality parameters, tolerances, and acceptable quality levels based. on product requirements and operational constraints.
• Help define a clear process for specification changes, risk assessment, and component requalification.
• contribute to integrating these standards into the Group’s future PLM system. 2. Turn Supplier Quality data into actionable insights Pernod Ricard affiliates report supplier non-conformities through a shared global tool. You will use this data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Your work will include:
• consolidating and analyzing supplier non-conformity data across multiple countries.
• identifying recurring issues, emerging risks, and weak signals.
• developing dashboards and supplier performance indicators.
• presenting your findings to Quality, Procurement teams, and top management.
• sharing insights and best practices with the international Supplier Quality community. 3. Build a global packaging validation framework Develop a Group-wide framework to ensure packaging components (cartons, bottles, closures, pallets, etc.) are properly qualified and validated for their intended use, taking into account manufacturing, logistics, storage, handling, and distribution conditions before deployment. You will:
• benchmark packaging qualification and validation practices currently used across Pernod Ricard affiliates.
• identify the main operational and logistics scenarios that packaging components must withstand, including road and sea transport, export markets, long-term storage, and hot or humid environments.
• identify relevant tests such as vibration, compression, impact, pallet stability, temperature, and humidity testing.
• build a validation matrix linking packaging type, logistics constraints, and required tests. About you You are currently completing the final year of an Engineering degree or a Master's degree, ideally in Industrial, Food or General Engineering, with a specialization in Quality. You enjoy working on projects that combine:
• technical analysis and data.
• industrial problem-solving.
• process and standards development.
• collaboration with experts from different functions and countries. You are structured, curious and comfortable turning complex topics into clear, practical recommendations. As you will work with teams across several countries, professional fluency in English is essential. French is appreciated. You are comfortable using Excel and PowerPoint. Why this internship?
