- Kundenbetreuung am Telefon (In- und Outbound)
- Unterstützung bei technischen oder organisatorischen Anliegen
- Dokumentation im Ticketsystem/CRM
- Erstellung von Infobeiträgen für das Programm (PowerPoint)
- Sprachlich anspruchsvolle Kommunikation und Textarbeit
- Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Telefonieren
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Erfahrung mit MS Office
- Technische Affinität; optimal wäre erste Erfahrung im technischen Kundenservice
