Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support enterprise IAM solutions using IBM Security and
Ibm Isam
to meet security and business requirements.
- Configure and manage authentication and access policies, ensuring secure and consistent access across applications and platforms.
- Implement and maintain SSO integrations, troubleshooting authentication flows and improving end-user access experience.
- Partner with application and infrastructure teams to onboard applications to IAM platforms, define access patterns, and validate integrations.
- Perform operational support including incident triage, root-cause analysis, and preventive improvements for IAM services.
- Ensure IAM configurations align with security best practices, audit requirements, and internal governance standards.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, runbooks, onboarding steps, and support procedures.
