You will be contracted by Lyra Clinical Associates. Role Description This is an associate role supporting Lyra Health’s delivery of employee wellbeing services in the Philippines. In this role, you will provide brief financial consultation to clients (via telephonic settings), while adhering to Lyra’s clinical and service standards. Associates will receive client referrals from Lyra and are expected to manage their session scheduling, maintain timely and accurate documentation, and ensure a high standard of care. The role involves periodic coordination with Lyra’s care and operations team to support seamless service delivery and a positive client experience.
