Take ownership of Armacell's global Customer Order Management process, shaping a future-ready Customer Service model and driving standardisation across every region. Your Tasks

  • Own the end-to-end global Customer Order Management process as design authority
  • Define and maintain global process standards, policies, SOPs and governance
  • Develop the new Customer Service operating model, including organisation and governance
  • Drive process harmonisation, reviewing and approving local deviations
  • Collaborate with Global Process Owners across Customer Management and Billing & Collection
  • Define and maintain global KPIs, KAIs and performance frameworks
  • Own the continuous improvement roadmap, including automation and AI-enabled solutions
  • Act as business lead and design authority for S/4HANA and transformation initiatives Your Profile
  • 10+ years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management or Order-to-Cash
  • Proven track record in global process ownership , governance and operating model design across multiple regions
  • Strong

Sap Erp

experience, preferably including S/4HANA transformation programmes

  • Strong understanding of process controls, compliance and audit expectations
  • Fluent English
  • Experience leading business harmonisation and stakeholder management in a global matrix an advantage
  • Knowledge of AI-enabled solutions in and outside S/4HANA an advantage Our Offer
