People Operations Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a People Operations Specialist based in United Kingdom. This remote role offers the opportunity to support the operational backbone of a growing international People function. You will take ownership of employee documentation, HR data, benefits administration, reporting, and people-related systems across a distributed workforce. The role combines hands-on administration with data analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. You will help ensure employee information and HR processes remain accurate, consistent, and well organized throughout the employee lifecycle. You will also contribute to making People Operations more efficient and scalable through automation and practical applications of AI. Working with an international and multicultural team, you will have broad exposure to HR operations while developing your skills in a technology-driven environment.
