Role Overview: We’re building a new-age home brand from scratch. Not just another catalogue of products—but something that actually looks good, feels right, and sells. We’re looking for someone who can connect the dots between trends, products, sourcing, and how it all comes together on screen. What You'll Actually Do:
- Figure out what’s trending (and more importantly, what will sell) •Translate that into real products— bedsheets, cushions, curtains, rugs, décor etc. •Build collections, not random SKUs •Travel (or at least think deeply) about where to source what from oPanipat for textiles oJaipur for prints… you get the drift •Find vendors, work with them, negotiate, and get things made right •Create moodboards and room looks oNot just products—but how a home should feel oLiving room, bedroom, balcony setups that people actually want to buy into •Work on pricing with a sharp lens oWhat works on Amazon? oWhat looks premium but still sells? •Help us make sure that what goes live on the website or marketplaces actually looks like a complete, well-thought-out space—not a product dump What We're Looking For: •Someone from NIFT / NID / design background •Someone who naturally thinks in themes, combinations, and aesthetics •But also understands cost, margins, and reality •Has 2-5 years of experience in home furnishing / décor / textiles / merchandising / sourcing oWorked with a home brand oBeen part of sourcing/merchandising What will make you a Great Fit? •You don’t just say “this looks nice” → You say “this will sell at ₹799 if sourced from Jaipur” •You don’t think in products → You think in complete looks •You’re okay with a bit of chaos → Because we’re building from 0 → 1 Why this role is interesting? •You’ll shape how the brand looks and feels from day one •High ownership, no rigid playbooks •A chance to build something that people actually bring into their homes
