Job Description: El Mecánico de Herramientas es responsable del mantenimiento, reparación y fabricación de herramientas y troqueles utilizados en los procesos de producción de CROWN Americas LLC. Responsabilidades del Puesto * Realizar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de herramientas, troqueles y matrices. * Diagnosticar y solucionar problemas mecánicos en equipos de troquelado y herramientas. * Fabricar piezas y componentes de herramientas utilizando maquinaria de taller (torno, fresadora, rectificadora). * Interpretar planos y especificaciones técnicas para la fabricación y reparación de herramientas. * Colaborar con los equipos de producción e ingeniería para optimizar el rendimiento de las herramientas. * Garantizar la disponibilidad y el buen funcionamiento de todas las herramientas para la operación. * Mantener un registro preciso de las reparaciones y el mantenimiento de las herramientas. * Adherirse a todas las normas de seguridad y procedimientos operativos estándar. * Participar en la mejora continua de los procesos de fabricación de herramientas. Cualificaciones del Puesto * Título técnico en Mecánica de Herramientas, Maquinista o campo relacionado. * Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia en un puesto similar en un entorno de fabricación.
