We're looking for a customer-focused and results-driven Consumer Finance Officer to join our Consumer Finance team in Clark. How You'll Shine As a Consumer Finance Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting our owners while managing financial accounts and maintaining portfolio performance. You'll engage with customers through inbound and outbound communications, helping them navigate solutions that meet both their needs and business objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and collect delinquent accounts across various consumer finance portfolios.
• Deliver outstanding customer service through inbound and outbound communications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners while encouraging continued engagement with their ownership.
• Assist customers in identifying suitable payment solutions and repayment arrangements.
• Maintain accurate account records and ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries.
• Contribute to portfolio performance while balancing customer satisfaction and business outcomes. What You'll Bring
• Previous experience in collections, customer service, account management, or a similar customer-facing environment.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical aptitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work to deadlines, and achieve performance targets. Success in This Role Looks Like
