Zoom Phone Porting Specialist

You will manage standard and complex porting requests while coordinating with customers, carriers, and internal technical teams. You will troubleshoot complex porting issues and act as an escalation point for technical and customer concerns. The role also provides opportunities to improve porting processes, increase operational efficiency, and strengthen the customer experience. You will work within a collaborative international environment alongside carrier partners, service engineering, customer success, and account teams. The position requires coverage aligned with UK business hours to support EMEA operations.
