Early Clinical Scientist- Translational Medicine -FSP

This role coordinates the design, planning, and execution of early-phase clinical trials in collaboration with Clinical Directors and cross-functional teams. You will oversee studies across programs or therapeutic areas while ensuring strong execution, compliance, and data validity. The position combines clinical trial oversight, patient safety and risk management, scientific interpretation, and project leadership. You will monitor ongoing trials in real time to identify and mitigate risks related to patients, study design, data, or study conduct. The role also involves reviewing clinical data and contributing to protocols, investigator brochures, clinical study reports, and operational documentation. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while managing complex projects under accelerated timelines. This opportunity is remote within the United States and is suited to an experienced clinical development professional with early-phase trial expertise.
