Landscape Maintenance Crew Member – 4-Day Work Week (Full-Time) Location: Tempe, AZ Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 10-hour shifts (3-day weekends) Pay: $20–$24/hour (based on experience) + performance bonuses Refined Gardens is hiring maintenance crew members to care for high-end residential properties across the Valley. This is a full-time, year-round role with a consistent 4-day schedule. We work Tuesday through Friday so you get a reliable 3-day weekend, almost every week. Occasional Monday or Saturday work may be required once or twice per year. If you’re looking for steady work, a predictable schedule, and a team that takes pride in what they do, this is the role.   • Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, pruning, and detail work
  • Assist with planting, seasonal color, and irrigation checks
  • Monitor plant health and report issues such as pests, disease, or irrigation problems
  • Follow direction from the Foreman to complete work efficiently and to company standards
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
  • Help ensure every property consistently meets high standards What We Expect

  • Physical Ability: Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in Arizona conditions

  • Experience: Landscape maintenance experience preferred, but not required
  • Driver’s License: Preferred
