This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an HVAC Tech Support based in the United States. This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced residential HVAC technician looking to transition from field service into a customer-focused technical support role. You will use your hands-on HVAC knowledge to help homeowners troubleshoot equipment, answer technical questions, and find practical solutions by phone. The role combines technical expertise with communication, problem-solving, and customer service in a fast-paced environment. Rather than traveling between service calls, you will support customers from a dedicated home workspace while remaining available during scheduled hours. You will have the opportunity to build on your field experience while developing your communication and remote support capabilities.
