We are seeking a Team Lead to join our Scientific Writing group, supporting the assignment of deliverables and defining project priorities under the direction of senior SW team members. In this role, you will coordinate regulatory document authors across disciplines, monitor project timelines and document quality, and support training and professional development for staff, while participating as a member of cross-functional drug development teams.   • Coordinate authors of regulatory documents from a variety of disciplines within assigned projects
  • Monitor project timelines and resources, escalating risks to management and supporting timeline negotiations across functional areas
  • Identify training and development needs of direct reports, providing support and guidance for personnel
  • Participate in screening and interviewing candidates to satisfy existing and new team needs
  • Support the creation and maintenance of document templates, SOPs, and working practices
  • Monitor adherence to document processes, escalating deviations to SW management
  • Identify areas for process improvement within assigned projects and communicate observations to management
  • Participate in relevant cross-functional drug development team meetings This role requires:
  • Bachelor's degree or MS/PhD/PharmD in a life science (advanced degree preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience (BS/MS) or 2-3 years (PhD) in the pharmaceutical industry, including at least 3 years in regulatory writing
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and related software), basic experience with job-relevant AI usage, and fluency in English
  • Preferred: 1-2 years of experience participating in cross-functional drug development teams
