Based in beautiful Everett, Washington , this role offers the chance to work alongside leading scientists, veterinarians, and toxicologists in a fast-paced CRO environment. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates interested in making the move to the Pacific Northwest. What You'll Do Here

  • Support fertility, embryo-fetal development (EFD), and pre/postnatal development studies in rats and rabbits.
  • Perform animal observations, dosing, biological sample collection, and study procedures.
  • Assist with anesthesia, sedation, catheter placement, and reproductive assessments.
  • Conduct fetal collections, tissue collection, necropsy activities, and developmental evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate study documentation in compliance with GLP regulations, protocols, and SOPs.
  • Collaborate with Study Directors, Veterinary Services, and Operations teams.
  • Support multiple studies while maintaining the highest standards of animal welfare and data integrity. What We're Looking For •

A Hs

diploma and/or GED is required; BS/BA in a scientific discipline preferred.

  • 1 – 3 yrs experience working with laboratory animals in a research environment.
  • Experience with gestational animal models and/or reproductive toxicology procedures required.
  • Proficiency handling rats and/or rabbits and performing research procedures required.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to follow protocols.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Why Join Altasciences?
