Key Responsibilities Inspect PCBs For Workmanship Solder quality Component placement and accuracy Assembly defects Verify PCB assemblies against drawings, BOMs, schematics and test documentation. Perform

inspection and identify manufacturing defects. Maintain quality records, inspection reports and non-conformance reports. Investigate quality issues and support root-cause analysis and corrective actions. Monitor manufacturing and assembly processes for quality compliance. Coordinate with design, production and test teams to resolve quality issues. Support continuous improvement of inspection and quality-control processes. Ensure adherence to relevant documentation, process and quality requirements. Required Qualifications & Skills B.Tech / B.E. / M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. Experience in PCB, electronics manufacturing or quality assurance. Good understanding of SMT and THT processes. Knowledge of common PCB defects and inspection methods. Ability To Read Schematics BOMs Engineering drawings Manufacturing documentation Strong attention to detail. Good documentation and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional engineering and production teams. Preferred M.Tech qualification. Experience with RF assemblies or
