Work Shift (if applicable): Shift 1 (United States of America) Job Description: Pay: $20.10 per hour Salary is commensurate with a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location. Start Date: 11/09/26 Schedule: Tuesday

• Saturday, Full-Time. Must be available to be scheduled between 3am and 10pm. Schedule is based on business needs and is sent three weeks in advance. Travel: Throughout Northern Arizona, with an average of 1–5 overnight trips per month as needed. Vitalant covers all meals and hotel accommodations, and a company vehicle is provided for travel. Training: Phlebotomy training will take place in Tempe during your first 90 days of employment. Training is Monday–Friday, in between the hours of 7:00 AM–4 PM. You will use your own vehicle to commute to Tempe, and we will provide mileage reimbursement. No prior phlebotomy experience is required. Paid training is provided. What You’ll Do Most days you’ll conduct a blood drive in one of our buses; other days you’ll interact with donors at one of our local donation centers. Every day you will:
• Greet donors, keeping them comfortable and informed
• Perform blood draws (paid training provided)
• Manage accurate and organized donor information
• Receive coaching, encouragement, and support from caring managers who are invested your career and success
• Set up, operate, and break down equipment at mobile blood drives

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to travel throughout the service area, including overnight hotel stays
