A mission-driven nonprofit organization is seeking a GL Accountant to join its finance team and provide hands-on support across general ledger accounting and financial reporting. This is a great opportunity for an accountant who wants to expand their experience in a collaborative, teaching-focused environment with the potential to grow into a long-term role. The GL Accountant will be responsible for general ledger and financial reporting for assigned units, with significant involvement in month-end close, reconciliations, grant accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis. This position also serves as a key finance resource to operational teams, providing guidance and helping resolve day-to-day accounting questions.
