Dishwasher

Job Description: IHOP is seeking a diligent and efficient Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen and dining areas. Job Responsibilities * Operate and maintain commercial dishwashing equipment, including dishwashers and sanitizers. * Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes, silverware, pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils. * Load and unload dish racks, ensuring proper stacking and storage of clean items. * Wash and sanitize all kitchen equipment, including cutting boards, mixers, and cooking surfaces. * Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, including floors, walls, and shelving. * Assist with general kitchen cleaning tasks as needed, such as sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash. * Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies. * Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to management. * Support kitchen staff as required to ensure smooth operations. Job Qualifications * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. * Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. * Basic understanding of kitchen sanitation practices. * Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. * Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
