- Min 1 year of experience in performance marketing.
- Strong hands on experience with Meta Ads.
- Manage campaigns, analyse performance and help scale them.
- Work with good budgets and real business challenges.
- Take ownership of campaigns and their performance. 2. What You Will Do
- Plan, launch and optimise Meta campaigns.
- Track key metrics like CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA and ROAS.
- Analyse performance and identify what is working and why.
- Test new audiences, creatives and campaign structures.
- Work with the creative team to improve ad performance.
- Find ways to make campaign management more efficient. 3. What We Are Looking For
- 1 year of relevant performance marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager.
- Good with numbers and comfortable working with data.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- High ownership and proactive approach.
