  • Role: Oracle Fusion Technical Project Manager
  • Experience Level: 7–12+ years (with 4+ years leading Oracle Cloud implementations)
  • Key Focus: Managing technical workstreams—including data migrations, OIC integrations, PaaS customizations (VBCS/PCS), OTBI/BIP reporting, environment releases, and security architectures.
  • Transitioning legacy UI/UX frameworks to the Oracle Redwood Design System.
  • Redwood Migration & UX Oversight
  • Drive the strategic timeline for enabling Redwood pages across modules (HCM, Financials, SCM, Project Management) to meet mandatory Oracle upgrade cutoffs.
  • Oversee technical customization of Redwood UX using Visual Builder Studio (VB Studio) , Express Maintenance , and Business Rules instead of legacy Personalization/Page Composer. Core Responsibilities
  • Project Execution & Delivery
  • Lead end-to-end technical workstreams for Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, HCM, or SCM) using Oracle Unified Method (OUM) or Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, resource allocation, technical dependencies, budgets, and change requests.
  • Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and execute mitigation strategies.
  • Technical Leadership & Architecture
  • Oversee Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) setup,

Rest/soap API

integrations, and third-party system connections.

  • Direct data migration strategies, including FBDI (File-Based Data Import), HDL (HCM Data Loader), and data cleansing/validation processes.
  • Oversee technical testing cycles: System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Performance Testing, and Security Validation.
  • Environment & Release Management
  • Coordinate quarterly Oracle Cloud release updates (24A, 24B, etc.), regression testing, and impact analyses.
  • Manage environment refreshes, code migrations, instance provisioning, and deployment cutovers.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Alignment
  • Serve as the main interface between business stakeholders, internal IT, System Integrators (SIs), and Oracle Support.
  • Facilitate technical governance reviews, architectural board approvals, and executive steering committee reporting. Key Requirements & Skills Requirement Category Specifics Technical Expertise: Deep familiarity with Oracle Fusion Architecture , OIC , FBDI/HDL , OTBI/BIP Reports , PaaS (VBCS/PCS) , and REST/SOAP APIs . Project Management: Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall; proficiency in JIRA , MS Project , or Asana . Certifications (Preferred) PMP , Scrum Master (CSM) , or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure/Application Certification . Soft Skills: Strong vendor management, executive communication, technical problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership.
