It is also responsible for advertising budgets, campaign setup, tracking, reporting, A/B testing, attribution, and conversion-rate optimization. The position is accountable for improving campaign efficiency and customer-acquisition outcomes using key performance indicators including Cost per Click (CPC), Cost per Lead (CPL), Cost per Qualified Lead, Cost per Acquisition (CPA), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Investment (ROI), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), lead quality, account-opening conversion rates, and funded-client conversion rates. Main Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Search, Google Display Network, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, remarketing, and other approved digital advertising platforms
  • Conduct keyword, search-term, audience, competitor, placement, and market analysis to identify acquisition opportunities and improve campaign performance

  • Generate qualified leads through Meta Instant Forms, LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms, campaign landing pages, callback forms, account-opening journeys, and other approved lead-generation channels
  • Track and analyze the full acquisition funnel from impression and click through lead submission, qualification, account application, verification, first deposit, and funded-client status, where systems and data permit
  • Work other relevant departments to evaluate lead validity, contactability, qualification, conversion, and reasons for non-conversion, and analyze results by platform, campaign, market, audience, keyword, creative asset, product, device, landing page, and funnel stage
  • Develop and optimize remarketing strategies for website visitors, incomplete registrations, submitted leads, inactive prospects, and other approved audience segments
  • Monitor and optimize CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, cost per qualified lead, CPA, CAC, conversion rates, lead quality, ROI, and ROAS by adjusting budgets, bids, keywords, audiences, locations, devices, placements, frequency, creative assets, forms, and landing pages
  • Reduce irrelevant traffic, invalid clicks, poor-quality placements, audience overlap, creative fatigue, and inefficient advertising spend; prepare corrective action plans for underperforming campaigns and scale successful campaigns while protecting lead quality and conversion performance
  • Manage advertising budgets, pacing, forecasts, and spending allocations to maximize results and prevent overspending, underspending, or inefficient investment
  • Conduct structured A/B testing across advertising copy, headlines, calls to action, creative assets, audiences, keywords, bidding strategies, placements, lead forms, landing pages, and registration journeys; document hypotheses, budgets, timelines, results, insights, and recommended actions
  • Use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to analyze traffic, user behavior, engagement, events, conversions, landing-page performance, and funnel drop-off, and to implement, test, and manage conversion events, tags, pixels, and other measurement requirements
  • Maintain accurate tracking for lead submissions, account-opening actions, registration stages, verification steps, phone, email and messaging clicks, and deposit-related actions, including UTMs, naming conventions, conversion definitions, attribution documentation, CRM integrations, and offline conversion data
  • Monitor Google Ads conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, LinkedIn Insight Tag, CRM integrations, and other tracking systems, and investigate discrepancies between advertising platforms, GA4, CRM, Sales, account-opening systems, and internal reports
  • Use Google Search Console to monitor organic clicks, impressions, CTR, search queries, landing pages, average positions, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and technical search issues, and combine these insights with Google Ads data to improve keyword targeting, advertising messages, landing pages, and overall search visibility
  • Prepare accurate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and campaign-specific reports and dashboards covering spend, impressions, reach, frequency, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPM, landing-page views, leads, CPL, qualified leads, cost per qualified lead, CPA, account openings, first deposits, funded clients, ROI, and ROAS, where measurable
  • Explain performance changes, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide clear data-driven recommendations, forecasts, responsible owners, and next steps
