Build and enhance enterprise content management solutions using OpenText Documentum. In this role, you'll develop and support scalable content repositories, document workflows, and records management solutions that enable secure and efficient information management across the organization. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize content management processes, integrations, and automation capabilities. Responsibilities Documentum Development Design, develop, and maintain enterprise content management solutions using OpenText Documentum. Configure document repositories, workflows, lifecycle management, and security models. Develop customizations, integrations, and content management solutions aligned with business requirements. Content Management & Integration Manage document storage, retrieval, versioning, and records management processes. Integrate Documentum with enterprise applications, databases, and third-party systems. Support content migration, metadata management, and workflow automation initiatives. Testing & Support Perform testing, troubleshoot production issues, and implement performance improvements. Support deployments, upgrades, and production release activities. Conduct root-cause analysis and ensure platform stability and reliability. Collaboration & Quality Participate in technical reviews, Agile ceremonies, and solution design discussions. Maintain technical documentation and follow ECM development best practices. Collaborate with business, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality content management solutions. Technical requirements Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: BE, ME, BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC, MBA.
  • 3–5 years of experience in software development and cloud delivery with strong hands-on exposure to GCP.
  • Solid working experience with Kafka for event streaming and messaging patterns.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining Jenkins CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment workflows.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, understanding of SDLC, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
