About the Role We are seeking a scrappy, highly technical Growth Operator who has a proven track record as an early growth hire in a B2B SaaS startup. This role is crucial as you will be responsible for managing a small go-to-market (GTM) team and driving significant growth through innovative strategies and hands-on execution. In this position, you will leverage your technical expertise to open ad accounts, build landing pages, and create outbound lists. You will be instrumental in configuring enrichment and sequences, fixing lead routing, and improving deliverability. Your ability to automate workflows with AI and inspect CRM data will be vital in determining which channels generate pipeline and revenue. We value candidates who have real people-management experience. You will directly manage Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) or marketers, assign priorities, and ensure that your team meets their performance metrics. Coaching underperformance and holding team members accountable will be key responsibilities, allowing you to foster a high-performing team environment.
