Job Description The finance analyst is responsible for collection, organization, interpretation, analysis, recording, documentation and dissemination of complex data sets. The candidate will process and reconcile finance-related transactions with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, customer service and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. working hours and be part of the Finance team. Tasks/Responsibilities · Accurate and timely turnaround on all payables for various entities · Utilize complex cost center and intercompany allocation methodologies · Assist with projects that entail analysis and reconciliation · Provide customer service to internal and external customers · Meet various deliverables for monthly and quarterly financial close · Collaborate with AP team for best practices and process improvement Requirements Skills/Experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable
- Strong data entry experience and slod research skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office
- Utmost attention to detail
- Be attentive to management questions and meetings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy
- Embrace values of teamwork, accountability, and diligence
- Technical skills: MS Excel, Microsoft Office, Financial Systems Education
