- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Materials Engineering
- Licensed Professional Engineer (or equivalent PE license)
- Minimum 5–8 years working on dam or hydropower infrastructure projects .
- Proven experience in lab/field testing for concrete, aggregates, soils .
- Hands-on experience during construction phases of dam/hydro projects
- Involvement in quality assurance and control planning/implementation
- Experience ensuring material standards meet local/international codes
- Material analysis and testing
- Technical report writing
- Project management exposure
- Supplier and vendor coordination.
- Construction materials in hydraulic structures
- National/international material codes
