Home Health CNA – Full Time Elara Caring is excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Full-Time Home Health CNA to join our Shelton Branch Skilled Home Health Department. This position provides the opportunity to work closely with a skilled interdisciplinary team while supporting patients with medical needs in the comfort of their homes. The CNA will provide services throughout the branch’s entire coverage area and will collaborate closely with Registered Nurses, LPNs, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team. Service area includes to travel throughout the Shelton Branch coverage area below: Seymour, Ansonia, Derby, Shelton, Monroe, Trumbull, Stratford, Bridgeport, Easton, Fairfield, Weston, Westport, Wilton, Norwalk, New Canaan, Darien, Stamford, and Greenwich. ** Reliable transportation is required. • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment
• A compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including assisting with patient transfers and moving equipment

The salary range for this position is $22.00 to $24.00 per hour, based on the company’s good faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual pay will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, skills, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for additional compensation, which could include performance-based bonuses, commissions, on-call pay, or other incentive earnings.
