Audio Coordinator

Position Overview The Production Coordinator oversees the coordination of production across services, events, and online content, working closely with the audio, video, and lighting teams to ensure everything comes together smoothly. This role has a particular focus on audio, and emphasizes leading volunteers and building strong cross-team collaboration to deliver a high-quality production experience. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate audio production across services, events, and online content, working closely with video, lighting, and stage teams to keep everything running in sync.
• Operate the sound board during live services and events, including mixing for in-room and livestream audio.
• Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain audio equipment, including mics, monitors, and signal processing.
• Recruit, train, and mentor volunteer audio teams.
• Foster strong relationships with volunteers to ensure engagement.
• Serve as the point of contact between the audio team and other production areas, staff, and pastoral leadership to align on creative and technical needs.
• Help troubleshoot and problem-solve across production areas when issues arise during services or events.
• Assist with recording and mixing audio for testimonies and other content as needed.
• Ensure technical quality and alignment with ministry goals. Qualifications
• Experience in live sound engineering and audio production.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and cross-team coordination skills, especially with volunteers.
• Technical proficiency in audio software and hardware (mixing consoles, DAWs, signal processors).
• Excellent communication and relational abilities.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across production areas and with pastoral staff.
• Alignment with our faith values.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred.
