Description Heritage Manor is currently seeking a
Rn/ Lpn
for PT/FT afternoon shift in our 5-star rated skilled nursing facility.
- Attendance Bonus • $50 pick up bonus for every 4hr shift, and $100 for every 8hr shift
- Shift Differential pay
- Must be willing to work every other weekend and every other holiday.

- Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
- BLS Certification (Preferred)
