- Archivo y registro de pedimentos y cuentas de gastos
- Control de archivo físico de pedimentos así como la administración de los mismos
- Entrega al área de finanzas las cuentas de gastos para pago a agentes aduanales.
- Participa en la Mejora Continua de la Cadena de Suministro.
- Programación de prontos pagos.
- Constante comunicación entre proveedores y finanzas.
- Aseguramiento de entrega de Manifestación de Valor a Dirección para firma, así como resguardo de dichos documentos.
- Apoyo en operaciones de importación/exportación de refacciones, herramientas y otros insumos.
- Cumplimiento de expediente legal de comercio exterior. Resguardo en físico y electrónico de documentos de comercio exterior
