• Commercial HVAC! In this critical position, he or she will oversee a team of HVAC Technical Service Advisors and assure that they have the resources to perform their jobs in a timely manner. He or She will develop new technical resources to decrease response time and assure the field is as self-sufficient as possible. • Plymouth, MN What you will do: Provides product or service information to customers and ensures that they receive the best possible service. Maintains effective lines of communication between all dimensions of the company
• Maintains a competent, motivated, and well-trained staff to carry out departmental duties
• Provides technical support and product information to customers and employees through referrals and other incoming calls
• Develops technical resources to minimize internal response time

• preferably in HVAC or mechanical engineering-related discipline 6+ Years of commercial HVAC experience Knowledge of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel) Outstanding relationship management and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications: 2+ Years of people leadership experience SalesForce CRM experience Bachelor's Degree Daikin Applied offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: Multiple medical insurance plan options + dental and vision insurance 401K retirement plan with employer match Paid time off and company paid holidays Paid sick time in accordance with the federal, state and local law Tuition Reimbursement after 6 months of continuous service The typical pay rate for the position ranges from $90,000.00 - $153,000 in Minnesota. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position(s) fall.
