We are looking for a passionate Graphic Designer with 3–5 years of experience to join our creative team at Posterscope India. The role goes beyond design — you will be encouraged to think fresh ideas for OOH and ambient innovations, while working hands-on with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Job Description: Key responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts and visual ideas for OOH, ambient and experiential campaigns.
- Delivers exceptional and innovative results while ensuring the creative product meets strategic goals and client expectations
- Organizes, prioritizes and manages multiple projects and teams in a deadline-driven environment.
- Contributes new ideas and solutions appropriate for client needs
- Ensures a consistent brand presence is maintained
- Provides creative leadership to new business activities when necessary
- Create engaging designs, layouts and artworks aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Translate creative briefs into innovative and impactful visual solutions across OOH formats.
- Explore fresh, unconventional ideas for outdoor innovations and brand activations.
- Work closely with Creative, Strategy and Client Servicing teams to develop campaign concepts.
- Create motion graphics, video edits and animations using Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Develop high-quality presentations, mock-ups, storyboards and visualizations to bring ideas to life.
- Adapt creative assets across multiple formats, sizes and media platforms while maintaining consistency.
- Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies and innovative OOH executions .
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.
- Take feedback positively and collaborate with senior creative leaders to continuously improve creative output. Location: Mumbai Brand: Posterscope Time Type: Full time Contract Type: Permanent
