Project Engineer

Job Title : Project Engineer Department : Civil Location : Site-Based (Borivali, Kandivali, Malad, Goregaon) Reports To : Civil Head Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Engineer with 10+ years of proven experience in construction project execution and site management. The ideal candidate should be a multitasker capable of independently managing site operations, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring timely project delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. The candidate must possess strong technical knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and hands-on experience with ERP systems, SAP, project management software, and digital reporting tools. Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage day-to-day construction site activities from execution to project completion.
• Plan, monitor, and coordinate civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and finishing works.
• Ensure projects are completed within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal departments.
• Review and interpret drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents.
• Monitor project schedules and identify risks, delays, and mitigation measures.
• Handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously while maintaining project efficiency.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Verify contractor measurements, RA bills, work orders, and material reconciliation.
• Monitor procurement activities and coordinate timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, MIS reports, and project dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, company SOPs, and safety requirements.
• Resolve technical and execution-related issues at site.
• Coordinate project handover, snag closure, and final documentation.
• Lead site teams and mentor junior engineers and supervisors. Software & Technical Skills The candidate should have practical working knowledge of:
• SAP (Project Systems/MM modules preferred)
• ERP Software (Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent)
• AutoCAD
• Microsoft Project / Primavera P6
• MS Excel (Advanced), Word, and PowerPoint Required Skills
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

• Cost control, budgeting, and resource planning.

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline. Experience
• 10+ years of experience in project execution and site management.
