The Engineering Manager will lead and develop a team of software engineers while helping shape technical strategy, delivery, and operational excellence. This role combines people leadership with strong technical direction, ensuring teams build scalable, reliable, and customer-focused software solutions. You will work closely with Product, Design, QA, and business stakeholders to translate priorities into effective engineering plans. The position also offers the opportunity to strengthen development practices, incorporate AI-driven software development, and improve engineering efficiency.
