We are currently seeking an Analyst for our EMEA Hotels and Hospitality Capital Markets business line. This is a permanent, full time position. ­­­­­­ Location: 1 Broadgate, London (EMEA travel required) Key Responsibilities Transaction Execution

• Execute end-to-end transaction processes for hotels and hospitality capital markets assignments including acquisitions, disposals, debt financing, and portfolio advisory
• Build and maintain complex financial models evaluating strategic alternatives across varying capital structures and market scenarios
• Conduct market research, comparable transaction analysis, and investment performance metrics Stakeholder Management
• Create high-quality, client-ready presentation materials including pitch decks, confidential information memoranda, investment teasers, and marketing collateral
• Prepare data-driven analyses and visual presentations for investor roadshows and client meetings
• Ensure brand consistency and accuracy across all deliverables
• Support client relationship management activities including meeting preparation, follow-up documentation, and pipeline tracking
• Liaise with internal teams, clients, investors, legal advisors, and other transaction parties
• Maintain CRM systems with current client and transaction data
• Partner with EMEA-wide teams to deliver pan-regional portfolio transactions and multi-market mandates
• Coordinate with Capital Markets, Research, Valuation, and other business lines on integrated client solutions Required Qualifications Experience
• Minimum 6 months of Hotels and Hospitality sector experience in investment banking, real estate advisory, private equity, asset management, or related field
• Demonstrated involvement in transaction processes, financial modelling, or commercial real estate analysis
• Evidence of working successfully in deadline-driven, client-facing environments Technical Skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modelling, complex formulas, scenario analysis, data manipulation)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (presentation design, visual storytelling, charting)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word (document formatting, long-form reports, track changes)
• Competent with Microsoft Outlook and calendar management Core Competencies
• Financial modelling expertise: DCF, IRR, NPV, sensitivity analysis, capitalization tables
• Analytical rigor: Ability to synthesize large datasets, identify trends, and extract actionable insights
• Research capabilities: Market intelligence gathering, comparable transaction analysis, investor landscape mapping
• Attention to detail: Zero-error mindset for client deliverables, financial outputs, and data accuracy Communication & Interpersonal
• Outstanding written English: Ability to craft clear, persuasive, grammatically flawless professional communications
• Excellent verbal communication: Confidence presenting to clients, articulating complex concepts, and facilitating stakeholder discussions
• Client service orientation: Professional demeanour, responsiveness, and relationship-building skills Preferred Qualifications
• Hotels & hospitality sector passion: Genuine interest in lodging, resorts, serviced apartments, alternative accommodations, or leisure real estate
• Real estate fundamentals: Understanding of valuation methodologies, cap rates, NOI, property-level cash flows (training provided if needed)
• CRM experience: Salesforce or similar client relationship management platforms
