Join AWS's Edge Services team as the CDN and Edge Sales Specialist for the Nordics owning the full sales cycle for Amazon CloudFront and AWS Edge Services across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, and Iceland from our Stockholm office. Lead the Nordics Edge business end-to-end: grow existing accounts through cross-sell/up-sell, prospect into new logos, and compete head-to-head against Akamai, Cloudflare, Fastly, and others Design compelling commercial constructs private pricing, commit-based deals, and migration incentives to win and retain CDN workloads Partner with account teams, solutions architects, and AWS partners to deliver a best-in-class customer experience across the region Bring your CDN industry expertise (vendor-side or partner-side) and deep Nordics market knowledge to a team that values ownership, customer obsession, and bold thinking Be part of a diverse, inclusive team that invests in your growth, offers flexible working, and puts work-life balance at the center of everything we do Key job responsibilities -Own the full Edge Services sales cycle across the Nordics (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Iceland) from prospecting and qualification through negotiation, close, and post-launch expansion -Develop and deepen relationships with existing AWS customers to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across the Edge portfolio (CloudFront, AWS WAF, Shield) -Prospect into new accounts where AWS does not have a CDN presence today, building net-new pipeline and converting greenfield opportunities into Edge wins -Shape and execute competitive commercial constructs including private pricing, commit-based deals, and migration incentives to displace incumbent CDN providers -Build and execute a territory plan for the Nordics Edge business, aligning with regional account managers, solutions architects, and AWS leadership on priorities and targets -Engage customers at both C-level and technical levels through presentations, business-value assessments, and technical workshops that articulate the AWS Edge value proposition -Collaborate with AWS partners, ISVs, and system integrators to extend market reach and accelerate CDN adoption across the region -Maintain an accurate and healthy pipeline, deliver reliable forecasts, and participate in all AWS operating cadences (WBRs, QBRs, pipeline reviews) -Serve as the voice of the Nordics Edge customer back into AWS product and engineering teams, influencing roadmap priorities based on regional market needs Basic qualifications
- Experience in CDN, Edge, or content delivery technology sales
- Experience selling at a CDN vendor or at a designated partner/reseller of such vendors
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a direct sales role
- Experience selling into the Nordics or similar European markets
- Strong understanding of CDN architectures, DNS, DDoS protection, and web application firewalls
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Preferred qualifications
- Experience with AWS Edge Services, particularly Amazon CloudFront, AWS WAF, Shield, Route 53, and Global Accelerator
- Established customer network across media, e-commerce, gaming, SaaS, or financial services verticals in the Nordics
- Demonstrated success in competitive CDN displacement deals
- Experience structuring complex commercial agreements including commit-based pricing, private pricing, or enterprise discount programs
- Technical background in networking, content delivery architectures, or cloud infrastructure
- Proficiency in Swedish or another Nordic language (Norwegian, Danish, Finnish)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
