Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: Job Summary: This position represents a strategic investment in both current operational performance and the long-term leadership stability of the Supply Chain department. Enhance supply chain operational expertise and problem-solving capabilities. Provide advanced support for inventory, logistics, and distribution functions. Strengthen succession planning and leadership development efforts. Improve process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives. Increase departmental flexibility and operational coverage. Develop a qualified internal candidate pool for future management opportunities. This position requires the ability to perform heavy lifting, pushing and pulling up to 50 lbs., and strong Excel skills with prior logistics experience. Hours are Monday-Friday, 6:30 am

- Analyze and maintain inventory, purchasing, and replenishment data to ensure product availability and cost-effective inventory management.
- Monitor and work backorder reports daily, identifying supply disruptions and coordinating alternative product sourcing with vendors, leadership, and clinical departments.
- Review system-generated reports and take appropriate action to resolve inventory variances, open purchase orders, shortages, and supply issues.
- Support compliance with established Supply Chain policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Data Analysis and Reporting
- Develop, maintain, and analyze Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, dashboards, and reports to support operational and financial decision-making.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, conditional formatting, and data validation to track key performance indicators.
- Perform ad hoc analysis related to inventory levels, purchasing trends, product utilization, expense reduction opportunities, and operational performance.
- Prepare and distribute recurring reports for Supply Chain leadership and department stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum three (3) years of Supply Chain, Materials Management, Logistics, Inventory Control, or related experience.
- Experience working with ERP systems, PeopleSoft, or similar inventory management platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
- Ability to complete additional education, training, and competency tests as required.
- Experienced with health ministries and System supply chain processes within specialty areas.
- Trains colleagues & readily assume responsibility for extra assignments.
- Serves as a frontline Supply Chain support representatives for complex orders, data entry, reporting & payment activities and initiatives.
- Includes knowledge of all duties described in Technician role.
- 70%+ time provides inventory or data support
