Location: Hyderabad, Telangāna Job Summary: This position is responsible for monitoring batch Automic UC4 jobs, running job processing schedules, monitoring applications and systems and providing proactive support, solution and escalation as required. This is all performed according to detailed instructions as specified by each job’s requirements and those of the Lead operator and / or shift supervisor. Candidate must be flexible working in rotational shifts in a 24x7x365 work environment. Responsibilities: Key Accountabilities:

  • Closely monitor the daily/weekly run schedules in Automic UC4 to ensure jobs start and complete on time.
  • Insures the timely and efficient processing of production requests.
  • Maintains knowledge of critical systems contingency procedures.
  • Send reports to the business on a nightly basis with status.
  • Responsible for contacting the appropriate support teams for any issues and opening a bridge if needed.
  • Monitor Nagios for the system alerts from Network and Infrastructure teams and take appropriate action.
  • Monitor the Outlook and service now Inbox and pay close attention to requests and open tickets
  • Execute on demand jobs requested by business Education and Experience:
  • Windows/Unix experience, Microsoft Office.
  • overall experience of 2-4 years
  • Good PC and keyboard skills.
  • Working knowledge of monitoring tools (Nagios Preferred).
  • Experience with Automated Job Scheduling packages (Automic UC4 Preferred).
  • Experience working in a ticketing system (ServiceNow preferred).
  • Associates/Bachelors degree in related field or relevant experience preferred. Skills and Behaviors:

  • Ability to follow written procedures as well as take verbal instructions.
